Refund policy

Return Window:

  • Standard: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition:

  • Item must be returned in new, unused, and completely re-sellable condition.
  • There must be no signs of use (e.g., pet hair, dirt, stains, assembly marks on playpens/tents) for a full refund.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.

Return Authorization:

  • The customer must contact customer service (email is common) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item back.

Shipping Costs & Fees:

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, especially due to the bulkiness of these items (tents, playpens, large beds).
  • Free Returns Exception: The company will pay for return shipping only if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.

Refund:

  • Issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected to confirm its unused condition.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable/Limited Items:

  • Clearance/Final Sale items.
  • Items that have been customized or personalized.
  • Any item showing signs of use (for hygiene reasons) will be denied a refund.
